Return & Refund
We do not offer returns/refunds on any order. We are happy to provide you with an exchange of the same product. We will offer store credit only if the product you ordered is out of stock, within 7 days of you receiving the order. Please note that this is applicable only if you have received an incorrect product or one that is damaged.
Please refer to the bottom of this page to follow the return process.

Exchange
We only accept exchange requests in case your product is damaged, faulty or you were delivered incorrect/incomplete items. We provide an exchange window of 7 days after receiving the product.
We will exchange with the same product ordered unless it is out of stock, in which case we will issue you store credit of the same value. 

Sale Items 
Only regular priced items may be returned/exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned for store credit or exchanged.



To issue a return or exchange request, please email us on  artypartyhk.kids@gmail.com with your Order ID | Exchange Request as the subject, within 24 hours of receiving the product. 

       * After we approve your request, we will have the product picked up.

  • Ensure that the product is sent in the exact same box, unworn and in its original condition with all tags, labels etc. 
    * An exchange of the product (or store credit) will be done within 8-10 working days.
